To be clear, I don’t really mean that you have to pay to have your home painted. We do it all the time at R/H and most of the time, it’s pretty inexpensive.

I feel like it is a little off-putting when people use the word “refund.” But the truth is I just don’t like hearing it. Like, why is this even a thing? So, the next time somebody says this, just say, “No. You don’t have to pay to have your home painted. We do it all the time at RH and most of the time, its pretty inexpensive.

That’s why RH does not offer refunds. And if the person does not agree to pay for your painting service, then we will paint your space for you. We do not charge extra for the painting service. However, we do offer a $10 credit toward the cost of the paint itself.

If you have a problem with something being listed on this list, ask yourself this: What do I get for my money? If you have a problem with a paint job, contact RH.

If you have a question, contact RH.

The best way to get a refund from RH is to contact us. In a timely manner. If you want to cancel your paint job, contact RH.

As one of our most frequently asked questions, “How do I get my money back?”, I am going to guess this is the very first question you’re going to have.

Just to be clear, you can go to RH and request a refund or cancellation of your paint job. We can’t do this for you. However, if you have a question about how to cancel your paint job, contact RH.

I’m not sure how to cancel a paint job. I know I have to pay RH for it after it’s been painted and I know I have to pay on a proforma basis. If I go to RH and request cancellation, it just tells me I have to pay by the due date when the job is finished. When I go to RH and request my money back, I get a form I have to fill out.

Some paint companies, even if you do request a refund, won’t give refunds unless you send them proof of your paint jobs. Because if you send them the wrong proof they will deny your claim. If you don’t send them proof your paint job will be considered a “repaint.” You will have to pay the repaint company for the paint you used. This can be a huge expense especially if you paint your home within a month or so of your original paint job.
