I think the problem here is you’re making rice in the bottom of the dish, which means you’re cooking it to go in the top of the dish. It’s much easier to cook rice in the bottom of the dish than in the top. So in the end you’re cooking it to go in the top of the dish.

But if you put rice in the bottom of the dish, it’s going to end up floating around the bottom of the dish. And floating around means you wont have a consistent layer of rice in the bottom of the dish, which is why you need to add more or less liquid until you get the consistency you want. It’s not going to have the consistency of you know, rice.

In the end, ebida is just a rice cooker. When we go to the kitchen, we can see the rice cooker in the background. But we can’t see the rice in the bottom of the dish.

It has a rotating basket that allows the rice to steam while you add more liquid to get the right consistency you want. The rice steamer also has a temperature setting with a digital readout as well as a timer.
