From candy to sweets to sugary foods and everything in between, I’ve found that chocolate is my favorite. I love ice cream, too, of course, but if I were going to choose one of my favorite foods, I’d say the chocolate.
As I said before, chocolate is great for sweet tooth candy, but it’s also great for a sweet tooth that eats chocolate (and other things). Some people might think of chocolate as a dessert food. But chocolate is also a healthy and tasty snack food, full of nutrients and fiber and antioxidants. It’s a great food to have when you’re craving sweets, but a great food to have when sweet craving too.

This includes eating yogurt with a spoon full of whipped cream, sitting on a couch with a stack of newspapers, and maybe sitting around a campfire with a bottle of beer. So, if you’re looking to feel happier, go for it.

One study even found that those who ate ten or more candies a day were more likely to feel depressed than those who ate less than five candies a day. Again, it is very possible that eating candy helps you feel happier.
